OrgChart app is for the organizational CHART, which is not an app for HR or Contact management. I am not sure if it's worth to show the very details information in a chart (majorly for presentation purpose, no need to show too details)

An error occurred while saving the comment AdminPhilip Lee (Supporter, Mobilinked) commentedA little complicated topic.
There is no standard for organization chart, we can DRAW the organization chart as we need and want.
You may saw that there was no any specific app designed for organization chart for the users to create organization chart freely for all the possibilities, there are some apps to create org chart for special organization structure.
Most of the time, we have to use DRAWING app such as PPT and Visio to DRAW the chart FREELY.
What's the reason, as the computer is not that smart to help the human to draw the chart (layout the departments on canvas) for all the possibilities (even another human also does not know how to draw the the chart for you like in your mind, and even yourself, before completed drawing the chart, you also don't know what the chart will be)
With some limitation, it's possible for the computer to calculate how to layout the department units. OrgChart is designed for the TREE structure organization chart, OrgChart knows how to layout the units of a TREE structure organization, but if your organization is not TREE structure (such as matrix, or with additional links...), OrgChart does not know how to do for you.
So OrgChart is for the people to quickly create organization chart of TREE structure organization, to avoid drawing pain. If the organization is not tree structure, we have to DRAW it
OrgChart is the cheap app for part of the organization chart creation requirements. Of cause it's possible to support more and more possibilities (but impossible be 100%) with huge investment and much more higher price (may be thousands dollars)

Thank you for the idea.
Considering the business security, the organization charts created by the users are stored on the devices of the users, we have no server to store the user-generated data.
Organization charts are files (with .org file extension) on the device - owned and controlled by the users (not by the developer).
For your needs to collaborate the .org files with your team members, there are many 3rd party platforms for file collaboration.
We are capable to provide a server to store the user's data and provide the capabilities as you mentioned, and charge more to the users - but this is about business security, we think it's more important than the feature.
