Find & Replace function
Hello,
I use OrgChart App a lot, on large and complex organisations. Quite often organisations are changed and with it very often the Siglum and Name schemes of departments.
I really miss the function to find & replace text, either in the full orgchart or in some branches of it.
Any chance to see this implemented?

Add a view option to show/hide specific fields on the boxes (e.g. show/hide all Departments or Leaders)
Sometimes I want to show a version of my org chart without names or without department names. It'd be nice to have a show/hide all button instead of having to individually update each box in the chart.

Please fix an error of Chart document name change. I can rename the chart, but it reverts back to old name after few time access.

Embedding Collapsing in the PDF Export
I have seen other HR tools and inventory tracking tools export their trees into PDF but it was collapsible and expandable by the layers of the tree. I have also seen this with mindmap exporting tools.
This would make the PDF more useful so you can send it to someone and they can expand or collapse the data.

Functional org chart.
In addition to department, title and name. It would be awesome if we could add and display the functions the individual is responsible for.
This could be in the form of simple bullets up to 10 lines would suffice. We loaded this information in notes however in this current app you can’t display them on the graphical chart.
Function Also known as Accountability chart, accountable, task and duty list, responsibility or responsibilities matrix.

Department Border color and weight selection
In addition to "background" color, I would like to be able to specify the border color for a department. I use different formatting to indicate whether a department (project) is currently funded, awarded but not funded, or is proposed but not awarded yet. Currently, I use fully colored, partially colored and no background for the different types of projects. The text only entries do not display well since they do not have an enclosing box.

Drag and Drop improved and needed
Please enable drag and drop on iPad and iPhone within the chart itself. While building an elaborate org chart or map, it's extremely cumbersome manipulating the hierarchy or sequence from the left panel.
Please enable drag and drop without a hotkey on macOS. Or maybe create an option in Preferences? "Drag and Drop with hotkey: On/Off"

Copy paste from one org chart to another
For the iPad app: I work with external collaborators. I make an org chart for each project, which can each have multiple collaborators. What I’d like to do is have a seperate org chart for each collaborator. I’d then like to be able to copy/paste that into the particular project chart.
For example. Have seperate files for company A, B and C. One of my projects uses company A and C. I copy/paste from those files into that projects chart. Second project uses company A and B. I copy/paste A and B from their seperate files into that project file.

Fix the following issues
Pls. fix the following issues:
1) If you drag & drop contacts from the Mac address book to OrgCharts the fields ORGCHART-DEPARTMENT is mapped ADDRESSBOOK-COMPANYNAME thats wrong and annoying
2) enable drag & drop for CSV-Files from the file system as MACOS ADRESSBOOK deletes custom fields when you import CSV
3) Enable the "VIEW" icon on every field. If you want to display the phone number, email or custom fields in the org chart it is NOT possible - WHY?I had to buy a Tool called SysTools MAC CSV converter because you are not able to import CSV data…

Our understanding is that you are using OrgChart to manage the contact (or your organization employees) information.
OrgChart app is now focusing on “drawing the organization chart.” OrgChart is for helping to create the chart very quickly.
We got the point that many users like to use the app as an information management app (system). We are considering enhancing it via a big release (or a new app).

Framing a department
I would like to suggest a framing feature that can border a department to put all employees under it in a better display than the current one available now on the app. I would also like to suggest adding selective additional fields in an entry like for example adding a sub-branch field as it’s needed sometimes in some departments

Connection with quickplan
i had seen that orgchart is in the quickplan bundle, but there isn't any interaction. If i would select resources in quickplan i cannot do using orgchart.

OrgChart and QuickPlan apps are in the “Project Management” app bundle, there is no a “QuickPlan” app bundle.
About integrating QuickPlan with OrgChart.
Right now, on the iPad, QuickPlan supports to copy resource from OrgChart, would you please help to check the details at https://quickplan.app/img/features/integration/orgchart-integration.jpg ? (I have attached the image in the reply)We are thinking to allow QuickPlan to access OrgChart files directly (QuickPlan and OrgChart are document-based apps, we have no server to store the user-generated data).
